I found Jamie on the internet and he came the same day I called him. I need to urgently move a telephone socket that was running through my windows to which my broadband hub was connected as the window was being removed the next day. Not only did he move the telephone socket he relocated back downstairs to the original main socket point which is where the other engineer said it wasn't possible. We now have stronger broadband connection and no ugly wires or flashing lights in my bedroom. James was incredibly polite and friendly and I would highly recommend him.

Jamie was fantastic! Don’t hesitate to use his services. I had a bigger company come by to quote and Jamie found a solution to my WiFi problems at a fraction of the cost they quoted. He was punctual and I was so happy with the results. He’s really honest with the services he provides and doesn’t try to upsell you something you don’t need. I was worried knowing little about tech that a company would take advantage of my ignorance but in my experience there was no need to worry about that with Jamie.

We have had problems for years with a complex hard wire and wi-if set up in our house that meant, even with wi-if extenders, we had unreliable internet connection. After a BT outage for 24 hours the problem was much worse as the connection became intermittent. BT indicated this was our problem - their service had been restored. Jamie came to help by moving the main junction box and connecting up the wi-if and hard wire combination in a different manner and dealing with the fact that the BT WholeHome extenders refused to be restored to factory settings. In the end, he was with us for five hours and insisted on charging only a very modest additional fee for the work in resetting and reorganising the system which had not been envisaged in his original quote. Things are working better than they have in years. Would definitely recommend Jamie and (if needed) use him again.

We recently switched from Virgin to Vodafone for broadband and telephone. The work undertaken by the Open Reach engineer was very poorly done and left us with just one live phone socket. Jamie calmly sorted out the connections to all the phone sockets and made-good the wiring. And while he was with us he also assisted with a broadband booster! What a really nice and professional guy - I can't recommend him highly enough.
