This is a guide of charges, which may vary for some services but will always be discussed with you prior to any work commencing.

• Faults: £50.00 to diagnose and prove out to BT (openreach) network.
• Fixed £75.00 fee to repair No Dial Tone fault when proved to customers wiring Plus parts if any required.
• Fixed £85.00 fee to reconfigure wiring to enhance/maximise speed and prevent drop out of broadband (ADSL) circuit plus parts (average parts cost is between £5-£20 depending on customer preferance).
• Fixed £75.00 fee to install customer supllied BT accelerator plus parts if any req.
• Re-wires/tidy ups other works £50.00 1st hour then £40.00 per hour to a maximum of £200 per day plus parts.
• Internal telephone extensions from £50.00 for the first extension, then £40.00 for a second extension or more.
• Internal Cat5e/6 rj45 network points from £40.00.
  
• External Cat5e/6 rj45 network points from £80.00.
  
• External telephone extensions from £80.00.
• Digital wideband TV aerial connected to 1 point from £120.00.
• Sky/Cable TV extension or reposition from £50.00.
• Supply and fit of Skylink Digi Eye and second Sky remote control (control Sky from a second room), Sky £25.00, Sky+ £35.00.
• Installation of TV distribution system (loft box) connecting to your existing satellite/cable and TV aerials; up to 4 points from £300, up to 8 points from £450 inc parts.
• Minor electrical works, Fault finding, repair and replacement of fittings £50.00 for 1st hour then £35.00 per hour there after to a maximum of £200 per day plus parts.
• Our parts prices for faults are very reasonable, with a rough break down being:

 Extension telephone socket - £4.00

 Telephone cable (per metre) - £0.50

 Co-axial cable (per metre) - £0.80
